Refund policy

We have a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed return policy, which means if at any time you are unsatisfied with your Digital Time Capsule, you can notify us to request a return. No questions asked.  

To start a return, you can contact us at support@themypeepsapp.com. 

We will need to know your email used to purchase the Digital Time Capsule on The My Peeps App. We will process your return within 24 hours. Please note that if you purchased the Digital Time Capsule as a gift, your gift recipient will permanently lose access to all content uploaded to your Digital Time Capsule.

Refunds
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@themypeepsapp.com.
